Join us for an evening of specialty drinks and sculpture! The event will begin at 5:30 pm at the Peoria Art Guild for our first couple of specialty drinks! Then we will begin the private tour of Sculpture Walk Peoria and return to the Peoria Art Guild for our final special sips!

Inspiration: Inspired by the complex, layered structure of Joe Richey's "Galactic Spiral Warrior," this drink combines smoky mezcal with the tangy freshness of grapefruit soda and a hint of pineapple, echoing the intricate forms and celestial themes of the sculpture. The influence of mathematicians, engineers, artists, architects, and warriors inspire the smokey selection of an ancestral spirit - mezcal.
Urban Oasis

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 1/2 oz peach purée
- Splash of ginger ale
Inspiration: Reflecting the industrial yet vibrant essence of "Metropolis 1" by the Nordin Brothers, this cocktail blends the botanical notes of Gunpowder gin with sweet peach purée and a refreshing splash of ginger ale, symbolizing the dynamic and evolving nature of urban life. Gunpowder Irish Gin comes in a beautiful blue glass bottle and is a spirit of the past that is making a trendy comeback currently and in the foreseeable future.

- 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- Splash of Berry Champagne
