Sewing With a Pattern

Instructor: Ashlie Geiger

Department: Fiber Arts

Students will learn to sew from a commercial sewing pattern. Class participants will learn to cut, assemble and finish a sewing project from start to completion.

Prerequisite: Sewing Machine Crash Course or minimal sewing machine experience recommended

Ages 16+

Thursdays 6:00- 8:00 pm

September 5- October 3, 2024

Cost $115

Materials Needed: Commercial sewing pattern, fabric and notions as recommended on the back of the sewing pattern, matching thread. Should pre-approved by Instructor, or purchased after first class session.

Materials provided by the Peoria Art Guild: sewing machine, scissors, pins
