What is Yarn Bombing?

Yarn bombing is a form of street art born in the 21st century that uses yarn and other fibers to bring warmth, comfort, and color to urban areas.

It drastically alters objects or buildings to make a statement, draw attention, or spark discussion while remaining light-hearted and non-controversial since it is generally environmentally friendly, noninvasive, and easily removed.
