Youth Diversity and Inclusion Photo Contest
(Middle School & High Schoolers)

• Cultural diversity provides strength in our schools, neighborhoods and social groups. A Photo can highlight those cultural differences and similarities that give color to each of us.

Main Event / Peoria Art Guild, November 8th. 5.30 pm

The 30 TOP contest photos will be presented at the Peoria Art Guild Gallery where students will attend and share their perspectives. (Appetizers will be served)
Connection Activity: A special guest will be invited to talk about how their multicultural individual experiences enriched her life. (Dr. Madhuri Bajaj, Illinois CancerCare)

CONTEST HIGHLIGHTS:

• For our DIVERSITY contest, show us an image that highlights the richness that makes our society and our universe a beautiful, intriguing, and inspiring place. The beauty of being different.
1.Pictures can be taken with a smartphone or professional camera.
2.Pictures need to have quality to be printed 8*10 inches, straight from the camera or edited.
3.Send image to pameinclusion@gmail.com (JPG or PDF)
Include picture meaning, your name, school, grade, age and a phone number.

$200 GRAND PRIZE for the winning Photo and special recognitions.
Judges. Photographer Zy Gao and Cindy Morris President Peoria Public Schools Foundation.

Photo entries accepted from: September 30th. - October 25th.

Photos that violate or infringe upon another person's copyright are not eligible. USAGE RIGHTS: You will retain all rights to any photograph you submit, including ownership if applicable. If your image is selected as a winner in the competition, your picture can be use in connection with the current and any PAME foundation publication with your name and age.
